Videos slow to load for learners
I have a Rise 360 elearning with 3 videos uploaded directly. They take forever to load/play (both when I preview and when sending out to others for review). They are each approx 25 MB, so not massive...

I tested how fast Rise 360 videos loaded for me and they don't appear to be encountering any issues. I'd like to ask a few questions to clarify your experience:
- Does the default video of Rise 360's video block load just as slow? Or do you notice it loading faster compared to the 3 affected videos?
- Have you tried testing using other browsers?
- Have you tried viewing your course using your browser's incognito mode in case there's a plug-in or browser extension that's slowing the videos down?
- Does clearing your browser's cache help?
