Videos slow to load for learners
I have a Rise 360 elearning with 3 videos uploaded directly. They take forever to load/play (both when I preview and when sending out to others for review). They are each approx 25 MB, so not massive...
I submitted a ticket, but realize now that the video block is just as slow to load. What would cause this?
Same issue in Chrome and Edge, same in incognito as well. Thank you!
