Videos to Automatically Play in Rise

Good morning folks. Articulate team, please make this an option for us users asap. I for one love your platform and the professional products they create, but this is one feature that many of us are needing. With our busy workloads, doing a work-around to achieve this simple result is not a good direction. Clicking on "autoplay" is what we want and need. Leave it up to us to decide how to best have a user-experience with our unique audiences. Hope this gets released soon as there appears to be some energy on this topic again.

@Jan Ketels It was on the Articulate Feature roadmap for the past year, with a status of "Planning", but it has since been removed.  My organization is having similar arguments to step away from RISE and Articulate because of the many feature limitations that are not being addressed.  

any update? indeed autoplay is needed !! was really surprised that this was not working. even an argument to step away from Rise.... :-(

Please consider the option for auto play on videos. This option would create a better user experience even for people like me who are hearing impaired. Storyline provides this feature so would make sense for Rise to also have it. Thank you!

Agreed! Autoplay would allow for a smoother learner experience and then perhaps an option to autoplay or click-to-play if the learner leaves that lesson and comes back to it. 

I agree! I think that it looks less professional when you have to constantly click play. I also think that there should be an option to add audio that automatically plays with text for accessibility purposes, instead of having to create a separate icon and add an audio file above or below it.

I agree.  Autoplay of videos within a course is extremely useful.  I'm currently creating a Rise course and want a video to play that accompanies a text paragraph once it is reached.  It looks rubbish and interrupts the timings of the appearance of the text and video when the user has to press the play button for the video to start.  This should definitely be a function for the purposes of training!!! 

YES, please! This is a much needed option in Rise 360.

Chiming in to request this auto-play feature! We'd really like to start using Rise as a video-QRG hybrid (think a text direction step and then an autoplaying 2 second video, another text instruction or two then a still image or video). The play button really interferes with this purpose.
