Vimeo links suddenly not working
Starting today, all Vimeo links in all of our projects (all browsers) play sound only but image is frozen on frame one... On some films the play/pause button is flickering, on others it is not (but the films are not showing video, only sound)... This is potentially catastrophic for us, we have HUNDREDS of scorm files delivered to clients all over the world so relinking files is not an option... It has worked perfectly before, this started today... Please send me some calming advice...

In our case, this does not appear to be an isolated issue. Our organization has more than 100 courses created in Rise 360 with Vimeo embedded videos, and they are currently affected by the same problem.
Across these courses, when users press play, the video starts (the audio plays correctly), but the image remains frozen. As mentioned, the videos work perfectly when accessed directly on Vimeo, and we have also tested embedding them on other websites and in Genially without any issues.
Given the scale of the impact on our side, we would appreciate confirmation as to whether there is an ongoing incident or any known issue affecting embedded Vimeo players.
Same issue here. Our courses use many embed vimeo videos, and what happens is the videos freeze while the audio keeps going.
