Visualización de un scorm en Windows 11

Hola, nos comunica un alumno que esta visualizando un contenido scorm desde google chrome en windows 11, y las diapositivas no se comportan como debería. Pero si cambia a la versión de Windows 10, se ve correctamente. ¿Cómo se podría solucionar?

    Sorry to hear that you ran into this snag. 

    I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience: 

    • Is the version of Google Chrome that is installed on Windows 11 the same as the version that is installed on Windows 10?
    • Are both environments updated with the latest Windows updates?
    • Is the behavior only happening in Google Chrome, or are other browsers affected as well?
    • Where is the course hosted? Is it on a web server or LMS?
    • Which version of Storyline 360 did you use to publish your course?

    Additionally, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
