Hi,
Here is another example that I tried to replicate:

how can I integrate quiz into the course? The ones at my end isn't coming out to be integrated.

The author of the example that you shared made use of lightboxes to display question slides within a slide without navigating the learners away from their current position in the course. You can read more about lightboxes here:
