'Waiting to install Articulate 360'

I last saw a series of posts about being stuck on the above, dated 4 years ago.

I made the mistake of signing out (the only thing I could do in the Articulate 360 window) and now I'm shut out of everything.

Is there a latest piece of working advice on how to solve this?

(I am a home user, and (try to) do all my own admin.
