We are not able to export Articulate Rise as a PDF
My Articulate Rise file is large and contains 12 videos. I'm having trouble exporting PDF. When I export a PDF, it only shows a single blank page and size is 1kb. Can someone help me ASAP please?

Dinesh, I'm having the same issue (in files that don't include video), and tech support has confirmed they are seeing it on their end, too. If you file a support request, that might help the tech team debug the issue. Thank you.

Dinesh, in that other thread, another user shared his insight that Audio blocks are the source of the pdf export issue (videos are fine). Just updating you here in case you missed that info.
