I would suggest you check with your client(s) and see if they use a learning management system (LMS), in which case you would publish your course as "LMS" in Storyline, zip things up and provide the zip file to their IT department. I would most course developers in these forums leverage their clients' LMS systems.

We have an LMS, but this specifically can't go through an LMS pre requirements of the project.
