Thank you for sharing the screen recording! I see that the web object is the last to get focus in your test. I'd like our team to take a look at your course to what is causing this behavior. Would you mind sharing it with our team? Here's a secure upload link.
I uploaded a copy of the project with just the multimedia slide templates. I swapped out the web object for embedded video code and the result is the same. Thanks for looking into it for me.
