What am I doing wrong with publishing?
Just trying to publish a one slide html file, but when I load it to AWS, it's not opening. This isn't my first rodeo, but I haven't published in two years. What's changed? All my old AWS story.html files are working just fine. Checked the buckets. Tried twenty different methods. Have tweaked access settings to ensure it's public. I get a black screen when opening and this when I paste into a browser window.
Publishes fine on my desktop. Am I missing something?
Hi Jennifer,
Welcome to the E-Learning Heroes community!
I'm sorry to hear that you're receiving this error message. Great call on checking that the access settings are public. I went ahead and opened a support case on your behalf so we can investigate what's going on. You should hear from our team soon via email.

I get that message from AWS if I have set the .html file to public access, but not some of the other files or folders farther down the tree.
You must publish for web, and upload the entire published folder and sub-folders. None of them can be zipped, and all must have public access.
