What happens with Rise courses after you cancel the subscription?
I have a similar query to all of the above:
I have created a course in Rise360 but will soon leave my company. The Articulate360 license under my name will therefore be transferred to someone else who will be in charge of all future modifications of the course I created in Rise. How can I go about sending them the course if they are not yet a user and, as soon as they become a user, I will no longer be one?

Great question!
When an admin removes a user from your team, they can choose what to do with the user's content. If the admin assigned the content to another member of your team, the selected team member will have full control over the course. They will find a new folder in the sidebar named after the user who left your team. We call this folder the “transfer folder.”
I can suggest transferring the content to an existing member of your team first, and then transfer that content again once the new member has joined. Hope that helps point your team in the right direction!
