What might prevent a PowerPoint file from downloading from the 'Resources' button?
I have a Storyline module loaded with 7 different files available for download through the Resources tab - a few PDFs, an Excel file, and a PowerPoint.
All of the files download properly, with the exception of the PowerPoint. When I try to download it from our LMS, I get this message:
On the other hand, when I load the SCORM file into Articulate Review, the file downloads correctly.
Any suggestions?

404 is the file is not found.
You could open the zip file look in the resources file and see if it is attached,Thanks, Phil. I'm assuming that attachments like this would be found in...
Zipfilename > story_content > external_files.
I assume that because that is where all of the other resource attachments.
I'm HTML illiterate. Would it be a matter of simply dropping the PPT into that folder?Answered my own question. Yes, that does work.
Still shouldn't have to do that, though. Off to submit a ticket.
