What's best?
What is the best Articulate 360 tool to use for microlearning? Am I able to do screen recordings of specific programs to show step by step instructions?
Thank you so much. Trying to figure out what resources are available.

To me at least, microlearning just refers to the size of the content but could still come in a variety of formats, whether video, interactive media, PDF, or even an in-person walk-and-talk.
If your focus is on video specifically, Articulate's Peek 360 and Replay 360 may be of interest to you as specializing in screencasts. Rise and Storyline have their own advantages too, especially because quick-to-take doesn't mean training content was quick-to-produce. Depends entirely on your needs.
