As Sam said, you can't revert a SCORM package back into an editable Rise course or Storyline file.
However, if the LMS folks can export the packages for you, you could retrieve the pictures and other media assets. That should make it easier to reproduce the courses.

Thanks Judy. I will consider that. Since I'm no longer in an L&D role (now Quality and H&S) I'll probably encourage the SME's to re-do their own content.
