When jump next page previous page if use Middle Mouse Button/Wheel. It's possible...??
Ok here is a test file. Please remember it is not perfect and does not seem to reset properly when you go back. Only works in Chrome or Edge. Should get you started though.

Thanks for your inputs it was really helpful to us.
we have achieved what we were looking for but we are facing just one issue that is for slide transition.
Basically we are trying to make one pager style in Storyline, so when we scroll down to next slide the transition goes upward, but if we scroll up to previous slide then again as a transition it move upwards.
so can we play with some JAVA for slide transitions, that is if we scroll down the transition goes upward and if we scroll up the transition goes downward.
it will be a great help if we get solution for this slide transition effects.

You cannot control transitions by javascript, the only way to do this is to have duplicate slides with different transitions applied.
