Tried to uninstall entire 360 app and all storyline products and still the same error. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Thank you.
Hi Patrik,
Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear that you've hit this snag!
It appears that the version you're using is out of date. We're currently on Build 3.76.30446.0. If you select Install the Latest Version as shown in the error message, does the software update?
If not, here a few things to check when you're having trouble updating, installing, or uninstalling the Articulate 360 desktop apps. If you try these solutions and you're still getting an error message, I'd like to connect you with one of our Support Engineers for further troubleshooting. You can get in touch with them here!

Hi Kelly!
My Storyline 360 app (screenshot attached) is of the same version as you mentioned above (Build 3.76.304446.0), it is Articulate desktop app (screenshot attached) that gives me this error, when trying to launch Storyline as admin.
My Articulate 360 Desktop has the version: Build 1.76.30446.0.
My understanding is that version: Build 1.76.30446.0. is the latest for 360 Desktop app?
