Where did my Custom Colors go?

We have a handful of colors that we use on text for special circumstances. There was no reason to set up a theme, because the drop-down (when changing the color of text) included a section for Custom...

Hi BrendtWaters​,

Sorry to hear that you've lost access to custom color palettes in Storyline.

Are the palettes only absent from .story files that have been shared by other authors? I ask because we are tracking a bug in Storyline that prevents custom color palettes from being included in project files, shared between users.

If you believe you are experiencing this bug, I'm happy to include your voice in the report that's being tracked. Looking forward to hearing from you!

    They are gone everywhere, regardless of who created the file. Admittedly, the first time I noticed it, I was in a file that another person made, but then I checked several that I made (and have been the sole editor in) and they're gone!
