Where to find Support for product
Is there an email or somewhere to go for support on Storyline outside of this forum?
I created a post yesterday about an issue I'm having with symbols staying for a few seconds once the slide changes and haven't gotten any responses. I've tried every setting I can find and still the issue remains. I've gotten others at my company that have used this before and they are stumped as well.
I'm not sure if this is a bug or if it's just a setting I'm missing. See attached video.

I didn't see that staring me in the face until now...Thanks for your help and I put the video in the other case so we can communicate there.
