Which LMS do you use and why?
Hey all,
Just a quick question to you....what LMS do you use and why?
I use Moodle 2.1.2 currently. Why? It seemed like a good idea at the time! Now I'm frustrated with the SCORM reporting and interface.
Any thoughts?

We use an LMS from a company called e-learningstudios - called Knowledge Presenter .
Heres a free 30 day trial :
http://www.knowledgepresenter.com/assets/lmsmain.htm
They even do all the hosting , installation, uploading of third party courses etc. The LMS really does waht it says adn manages the learners with minimum administration saving a lot of tiem adn money !
I'd give it a 10/10 !

We use SABA. It is good. But I have issues with Articulate courses.

Happy to test a sample piece of content for you and then send a link to the LMS over to help you out if you like - so you can see it working with your articulate course?
What sort of issues does SABA present ?

Hi Dave,
It seems like SCORM complaint feature plays as an asset in your job. If it is, then I would suggest to use eFront as an LMS. because for only SCORM complaint feature they have special recommendation from ADL. which makes eFront different from any other LMS and secondly, its opensource models are also available so, you can try without paying anything.
I have uploaded lots of different courses developed in STT trainer, Articulate and Udutu through SCORM complaint and found very good results.
Just try at once and do give me your feedback.
I also have created a small presentation on overview of LMS, where I am highlighting the SCORM complaint feature.

We are using Blackbloard 9.1. It was the decision of the institute that they decided to use Blackboard.
It has some good features.

- AnnaBakkenCommunity MemberWe use Taleo, Jody. So far very happy with tracking and compliance. I will be working on importing Articulate courses in the next couple of months, but the Taleo Knowledge Exchange online community has recommended Articulate for course authoring and interoperability.

We use Plateau v6.2. By looking at the replies so far, I don't see anyone else who uses Plateau. Does anyone have any comments about this LMS? Has anyone encountered any problems with Articulate interfacing well with this tool? So far, it seems to work OK, but we still have problems with the Attachment and Exit links working well once it has been published to Plateau.
Hi Evie,we use Plateau here too but I am new to my organization and haven't had a chance to look at it yet. My previous organization uses Moodle 1.9. How do you like the Plateau interface? Do you find it easy to learn/use?
