Why is the status page not working
You clearly have an outage in Articulate ID and other systems. Why is everything still green and do we see no update?

Hi Janwillem,
Thanks for checking in and sharing your concern. You’re right that we experienced an outage earlier that affected access to some Articulate 360 products.
Our team worked with our cloud service provider to stabilize things, and the Articulate Status page has since been updated to reflect the issue and our progress.
Everything is more stable now, and we’re continuing to monitor closely.
