I have the same problem. If save the .mp4 from Premiere 2024 and it doesn't work, but saving the .mp4 from Shortcut it works.

Thanks for sharing what you see. It's interesting that one video saved from another platform behaves differently in relation to the known bug.
Would you be willing to share the video files with us so we can help investigate what factors affected this behavior? You may also share them privately by sending them along in a support case. We'll delete the videos when we're done testing.
