Why do I always get a error report when I click on variables user count?

When I click on the user count in the variable window, I get an error report. This started happening on the Mac/Parallels and even on a PC Windows computer. Can anyone help me? I put in a ticket wi...

    Hello everyone!

    Happy to share that we've just released a new update for Storyline 360!

    In Update 118, we've included essential fixes and new features. We've released a fix for this behavior in Storyline 360. 

     

    Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer to take advantage of this update, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You’ll find our step-by-step instructions here.

CJLu​ Yes, I would  advise you to do so. Can you also please share a screenshot of yours here so I can compare it with mine? I’m just curious.

    Nedim​ you are correct! When I installed the version you recommended, the error did not show up again. I will get the error code and post it here.
