Why do I get a thick grey color border after I publish my file in a video format?

I'm now running into this issue. I have a small gray border around an embedded mp4 video. Appears in previews and outputs. Running v3.29.19305

That issue looks a bit different than the ones discussed earlier in this thread. Can you share a copy of your .story file so that we can take a closer look? If so, you can upload at this link using the Add Attachment button or you always have an option to share privately with our Support Engineers. Either way, we'll delete it when done testing.
Here is the file I'm working on, specifically Slide #1.5 Layer VOB.
