Workday - scorm test - not possible to select an answer
Hi all, did sometimes happened to you, that participants can not select an answers? We use Workday. I created 4 quizes, everyone needs to be up to 80 %.
Then a mystery:
- some people passed everything without ANY problem
- some people passed 2 parts/guizes withou ANY problem but than! 3rd parts they can not select ANY choises of guestions. :-O
I thought, it could be browser problem, but it wasn´t.
It helped to clik "next", "next", ... till the end (10 questions) and repeat it again and voooala - it helped - I can select one option!
I´m totally confused - did you meet this problem? Do you know, why it happened?

Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue. I'd like to ask a few questions to understand better what's happening:
- Have you tested your course in a different LMS like SCORM Cloud to isolate if the behavior is LMS-specific?
- Do you have the latest version of Storyline 360 installed?
- Can you replicate the issue by publishing your course to Review 360?
If you can consistently replicate the behavior in SCORM Cloud and Review 360, please share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening. We'll delete it when we're done testing!
