WTH! STORYLINE 360 keeps just closing

I am also having this happen to me on multiple computers and multiple files. Does anyone know what the actual problem is please? I have tried all of the above, uninstall and reinstall, save on the C drive, turn off the internet, save as a template, try again and nothing is working.
Do you have any other programs open when this happens? Did you delete your temp files?
