XLIFF file process
What's the best way to edit the file in the language required? The guide say to
Click Export XLIFF File and save the file to your computer.
Then use a web app, computer program, or profession...
If you are doing it yourself you need to get a an XLIFF editor (computer program or web app) - e.g. https://www.ilovefreesoftware.com/03/featured/online-xliff-editor-websites-free.html
