I am updating my package and I keep getting this message. I see in this discussion this has happened to quite a number of users too.
Is Rise down now?
Hi there, Chrys! Rise 360 is operational at this time. I see that you opened a case with my teammates - good move! Matthew gave you some ideas:
- Launch using your browser's Safe Mode or Incognito Mode or use another browser to see if that helps.
- Clear the browser cache if needed. This article details how to clear cache for all major browsers.
- Add our endpoints to your allowlist for your Articulate 360 apps to work correctly; they're listed in this article.
