Your Computer is Offline Error
Is Rise down? I was in the middle of building a course and received "Your Computer is Offline" error message. My colleague in a different state is experiencing the same issue.

Hey Folks, my courses are refusing to load for editing. I can see the list of courses, when I click to edit -- I just get a blank window.
I could edit them just a few hours ago. Anyone else experiencing the same issue?

I'm currently unable to access Rise (my session has timed out?). That's very unfortunate as I'm under a tight deadline to complete my course.

Good news, all! We've identified the issue and have implemented a fix. Rise 360 courses should now load for all users. We'll continue to monitor performance carefully.

Hi Laura. We're investigating an issue that is preventing access to Rise 360. You can follow along here for updates. I'm so sorry for the trouble!

Hello there, Donna. We had a brief Rise 360 outage a couple of weeks ago, but it was resolved within a few hours.
