Zscaler breaks media uploads in Rise 360
Last week, my organization deployed a new cloud security system: Zscaler. Since, I have not been able to upload images and videos in Rise 360. After a day of back and forth with IT, the latest they tell me is "this fix would require having to open up the Amazon S3 hosting provider" and it sounds like they don't want to do that.
Did anyone deal with this before? Suggestions?

Please ask your IT to open port 443 and add the domains listed in this article to your organization's allowlist to ensure that your Articulate 360 apps are working properly. I hope this helps!
