I have the same question as AndrewBlemings- — whats the objective of doing an additional session? Is it a matter of keeping the information fresh, or delving deeper into more complex applications?
Something that I sometimes do in similar scenarios when I need to do some kind of enablement with my team is poll them beforehand and actually ask them what they know about the subject already and what they want to learn. That usually gets me some good ideas!
