Articulate Rise Allow Simultaneous Multiple User Access in Canvas

Hello! I created an Articulate Rise course for a client. It is not really a course, but more of a learning library. They want to put it on Canvas, but do not need to track anything. This is a publicly available Canvas course that does not require registration.

The SCORM loaded fine, but the system will not allow for multiple users and seems to think that anybody who opens the course in the previous users, so when somebody else logs in, it opens in the middle of wherever the last person left off.

Does anybody know:

1. If I can edit the manifest file (or some other file within the zip) to allow for this?
2. Is this a Canvas setting that needs to be changed?
