Got an L&D Topic You Nerd Out On?

My battlecry is "Visuals are vital!" 

I've always felt strongly about "you've got to give them something to look at." I actually did give a best practice presentation for my team a few years ago entitled "Visuals are vital" and I am proud of how, years later, my peers still refer to it. Of course aside from the science behind it and how important it is to the learning process, I also love to design so creating content with meaningful visuals is a bonus.
