Help with making compliance/legislative obligation heavy training interesting.
I am currently working on a number of courses that are compliance and legislative obligation text heavy content, with a lot of 'we must say this' information.
Any tips on how to make this attractive and interesting without changing the content as the SME is very strict that the text must be said.
I have thought that maybe the text heavy sections could have an audio feature?
I also only have access to Rise at the moment and can make other video/motion/gif things in PowerPoint and Canva.

One trick I’ve seen work is layering the information keep the “must say” text visible for compliance reasons, but support it with visuals, infographics, or short motion clips you can make in Canva/PowerPoint. That way learners can skim the key points in a more visual format, but the official text is still there for reference. It makes the content feel a lot less intimidating.

Make compliance training engaging by using real-life scenarios, interactive quizzes, and short, story-based modules instead of long lectures. Add gamification (badges, points, progress bars), use videos or case studies to show real consequences, and keep content practical and relevant to learners’ daily work. Frequent microlearning sessions are far more effective than one long session.
