Storyline 360 - Marking Complete in Workday even if Quiz is failed.
This may be a question for someone who works in Workday frequently as well, but I am having an issue with assessments allowing progression.
We have a blended course where teammates have a training class in person for one week then must check in to weekly virtual meetings and perform an assessment. The assessment unlocks after the end time of the virtual meeting. When teammates go to complete the assessment, I need it to mark as complete in Workday whether they pass or fail.
The issue arising is that if they do not make the 80% pass percentage the storyline file will not mark it in Workday as completed. It states that they must complete the file still. This is a problem as we do not want them to take the assessments till they pass, we need the original score and then it to lock that information in Workday.
I have tried passed/failed, complete/incomplete, complete/failed, and passed/incomplete as the reporting status to the LMS (Workday) and none of them mark it as complete when the quiz is failed. I have even tried marking it complete based off of 100% view of all slides and it still did not go in as completed in the system when failed.
I am not sure what to try next, but we need the original score whether it is Passed/Failed and reported to Workday that media file (lesson) is complete. Any direction or help would be appreciated!

Hey CassandraHar001, thanks for all the detail on this, my first few thoughts on what to try are things you've already done so we won't waste time on them.
It's interesting that making it complete off of view all slides still didn't register as complete in the system- when you did that was there still a pass/fail range set?
I'm not sure the best solution here, but my guess is there's something that can be adjusted in the Track Multiple Completion Criteria area to override the failing quiz score. Let me know if something ends up working, or if you need more eyes on this!When I tried the 100% slide view I had it as Complete/Incomplete and the trigger was not activated to send the scores as I had it checked off as that not being a requirement just to see.
I did end up trying a different fix that worked in our sandbox, just have to see if it will work in the upcoming week production, but I put a when timeline starts on the failure slide it marks it complete/passed. That seemed to at least mark it complete the first go around, I just need production to verify if the scores are still sent correctly as there was a score already in the system from previous other attempts in sandbox.CassandraHar001 I am interested to see what you find out. We are also switching to Workday and I have not been able to get this to work. We have not had access to the full sandbox yet. Following this conversation.
