Fear Simulator
Hi everyone! For this year’s Halloween-themed e-Learning challenge, I used the code block to build a "fear simulator" that lets learners explore how different factors influence the brain regions responsible for fear, and how these, in turn, trigger physical responses.
I'm no expert on the topic, but I've always found the concept of fear intriguing, so all the information in the interaction is based on my own research and may not be 100% accurate. Still, I think the simulator turned out pretty well. It's mostly vibe-coded, but I went through hours of iterations and manual edits to add features and squash bugs.
While I haven't tested it practically, in theory, the brain visual could be enhanced by layering brain images, each highlighting a different region. I tapped out for the night, so I left the SVG graphics as they are :)
I got the simulator idea with changing stats from danielbenton 's People Manager Simulation, and I definitely recommend checking that out as well!
Happy Halloween!!!
