Help,
I have created 2 AI avatar videos and cant find them. please tell me they are recoverable?
Hi JasadaSmith,
I'm happy to help!
If you generated a video using an AI Avatar, the video remains in the video block where it was originally created. As long as the block hasn't been deleted, the video should still be recoverable.
You can also access your saved avatars by opening the Block Library, selecting AI Avatars, clicking the dropdown next to All Characters, and choosing Saved Characters.
If you're still unable to locate the videos, please let us know where you created them and whether the project or block may have been deleted, and we'll be happy to investigate further!

Darn it, I was playing in a custom block and then chose another one thinking the video would remain. Well thats some of my credits gone ..oh well lesson learnt

Thinking of this would it not be beneficial that there is a pop up to remind people to save their videobefore use? I am using my credits carefully as there is no current option to to purchase more and would like to experimnent and play with different formats on where to add the video. Does downloading the video increase the size of the scorm package v creating in a custom block?

Hi JasadaSmith,
Thanks for sharing this idea!
I can definitely see how a pop-up reminder could be helpful when generating AI Avatar videos. At the moment, the option to download a video directly from the Player is only available for videos in Video blocks, not Custom blocks.
As for file size, I would expect it to be about the same if you downloaded a video and then uploaded it into a Video block, assuming the video content and quality remain unchanged.
