Storyline Player Resources

I have a course that is being translated which includes PDF resources. I have both English and French versions of the PDFs.

Is it possible to filter the PDF resources so that only the English versions appear when viewing the English course—and only the French versions when viewing the French course?

If not, I believe my options are to:

• have both the English and French versions appear no matter which version the learner is viewing, or 
• create a custom player button that opens a lightbox slide with layers for the resources that are triggered based on the course language.
