Does Review 360 have its own auto advance settings? I changed the settings in Storyline (1 - advance by user, 2 - trigger to "advance when timeline ends") and it still auto advances the slides. I want to control the advance myself when presenting in Review 360.

No it doesn't. Although advance when timeline end is the auto advance (I presume you mean you switched them the other way).
What version are you on 3.53 had an auto advance bug which is fixed in 3.54
