We work in Pharma, and much of our content is confidential. We love using Review 360, but want to keep it so that we can only share internally (without others having to create an Articulate ID). I know about the password, but it's easy to forward a link externally and provide the password.
It sounds like you are aware of the current options. If I understand correctly, you allow users to comment without an Articulate ID and provide a password for security.
The ability to limit access and provide additional security in Review 360 is a feature we are currently tracking, so I've added this conversation to our report so that we can keep you updated here.
