I would like to upload the storyline file translated into Japanese to "Review 360" and share the link to my co-worker, but the file will be closed automatically while I am working. .. Normally, it can automatically connect to "Review 360", share the link, then another person can check it, but the Storyline file will close automatically, so I cannot proceed to the next work. .. I don't know how to deal with the problem in these cases and would like to get some advice from you if possible.

Thanks for reaching out and sharing your experience. Is it possible that you're using the fonts below?
If so, you could be running into a bug we have reported where using this font will cause crashing issues when publishing/previewing.
If not, I recommend sharing your .story file with our Support Team, and they can lend a hand with troubleshooting it!
