Noticed yesterday and today when using review, that the images have become very blurry and you cannot read what part of the module the comments are on. This has been happening since yesterday.
I have also checked with a colleague who is having the same issues. Example pic uploaded.
I wanted to share that we released a new update for Rise 360. This update fixes the issue where learners reported that Review 360 Feedback screenshots are blurry and unusable.
There's nothing to install for web apps. New features and fixes are immediately available, though you might need to publish your Rise 360 course again.

Same. Didn't see this issue yesterday, and it looks awful today
having the same issue. looks like a software issue that needs to be fixed.
Having the same issue as well. Fonts are also displaying differently in the screencaps. Non-serif fonts are showing as serif.
