My Articulate Review 360 is blank

Good day, I recently published a review on 360 but my storyline file does not show, it comes up blank and I cannot review it is there a reason for this. Also even when previewing it on the software it doesn't show the first slide so I can go through it.

Let's try to narrow down the issue:

  • Is this happening with one specific .story file or every file in Storyline 360?
  • Are you working from a local hard drive? We don't recommend working with files on a network drive.  
  • Have you attempted to repair Storyline 360? Here are the instructions.

If a repair doesn't solve the issue, would you be able to share your .story file through a support case so we can see what's going on?
