Hi, everyone!
On behalf of the Review 360 Team, I'd like to thank you all for the valuable feedback. Your suggestions through the beta program guided us to develop additional features, such as:
- Allowing stakeholders to reset their status after completing a review for more flexibility.
- Sending a request to multiple reviewers simultaneously by copying and pasting their email addresses in bulk.
- Boosting the engagement in review request messages with a new text-formatting toolbar.
Request review is no longer in beta, but we're continuing to gather feedback and enhance the feature. You can still share your ideas through this discussion or the in-app "Share You Feedback" link.

Hi BJ,
Happy to chime in!
I can confirm that reviewers don't need to have a license to leave a review. Anyone can leave a review on a Review 360 link, and with this option left unchecked, users won't even need to create an Articulate ID to do so.
Are there any APIs available to export this data? For an example, we want to be able to track how long it takes for reviewers to complete the review and share it in a dashboard to provide visibility to management. Bringing light to where the bottlenecks are.
So excited about all the positives this new feature brings. As previously suggested I think the option of an approval feature would be the cherry on the top!
Hi - I love this! Does adding a due date mean the review request is no longer available beyond this point?
Setting a due date just configures when reminder emails will be sent. Reviewers who have not marked their review as completed will receive a reminder email the day before, the day of and the day after the due date. The review will remain available after the due date passes.
Aw man - was hoping to wrangle SMEs to avoid having to revisit 'signed off' feedback. Thanks for your response Dan :)
Hey, everybody!
We love all the feedback, especially around what extra features you'd like to see us add, so keep it coming.
Dropping in with an update: Starting today, you can format your custom message when sending out review requests. That means you can use bold, italics, and strikethrough texts, hyperlinks, and lists in your messages. Test it out, and let us know how it goes! Also, check out these keyboard shortcuts to speed things up.
We've used it and found it helpful to organize ourselves and our clients! Thank you for adding this!
So glad to hear this, bylittle learning! Thanks for sharing your feedback with us!
Have a great day, and happy developing! ☀️
Loving this feature but do have a question. A review was completed and marked as such on Oct. 10. I then, added an additional reviewer and assigned a due date of Nov. 1. Both the prior reviewer (completed) and the additional reviewer received the request for review with the due date of Nov. 1. I thought as the prior reviewer had completed her task she would have been removed from the distribution? Does this mean that when adding additional reviewers we have to delete the prior completed ones? Thanks,

Changing the due date will send an email to all users in the review request, but it should not change their completion status and if they have marked their review as complete, they will not get any reminder emails.
If you would like completed reviewers to receive no further messages about due date changes then you can delete the completed review and create a new one with only the new reviewers.
Hey there! Quick question on this. What is the maximum number of people can we do for this feature?
There's a cap of 50 reviewers per review request. Note that there is no limit on the number of people who can view and comment on a Review Item, it just limits the number of people that can be part of a review request and receive reminder emails, have their review tracked etc.
If a reviewer is not invited but just given the link to review, would they still be given the option to complete the review or no? If they ARE invited to be a reviewer, but still aren't given the option to complete their review, what constitutes as a module being completely reviewed?
Only people who have been invited via the Request Review feature will be able to mark their review as being completed. Everyone who is invited via the Request Review feature will be given the option to mark their review as complete.
I have a reviewer who accidently marked the review as completed and now cannot see the review. I have tried sending a new review request, deleted the first one and send it new, but still no luck getting into it. Are they locked out as soon as they mark it complete?
Is there a way to track when the status changes for each reviewer, like a table or something? Reviewer 1 status changed to Commented on this date, then changed to Completed on this date, and so on. This would be helpful for project management. Also, is there a way to lock the due date so reviewers who use an Articulate account can't change the date?
Hi Doug,
Reviewers do not get locked out after marking a review request as complete. After completing a review request, they should still be able to access the course using the Review 360 link. Would you mind sharing the link to the course with your reviewer to see if they will be able to open it? If the issue persists, please have them test the link using a different browser, or have them clear their browser cache to see if this helps.
Hello Crissy,
All good suggestions from you, but unfortunately we do not currently offer these features in Review 360. You can raise them as feature requests here to let our product team know that you're interested in seeing these enhancements in future versions of the tool!
Jose, thank you! Closing the browser and clearing the cache solved the issue.
I am unable to upload a SRT or VTT to review video URL
Hello SibaPrasad Padhi,
There's isn't a way to directly upload SRT or VTT files to a video that has been published to Review 360. This article explains how Closed Captions are added to Storyline 360 courses that have been published to a video file. If you need your captions to be visible in the course while hosted on Review 360, try publishing your course directly to there instead.
Hi Jose,
This is not what we are looking for. We don't have a Storyline course. We simply want to publish the Mp4 video with the SRT/VTT file upload option like in Articulate Rise. We raised this request 3 years ago and still, this has not been implemented by Articulate. Hopefully, Articulate is listening to its customers and updating this tool.
Best regards,
Siba
To review an SRT with a client the only two options are to embed in rise or storyline. Review isn’t for sharing wider than your reviewers, although a workaround it does work well.
