I've published several Rise360 modules over to Review360 so that my editorial team can proof them. One of my editors is sporadically experiencing a failure with only some Flashcard blocks (both grid and stack) where he clicks and the cards will not flip. He has noticed that if one card fails, the whole block fails, but if one flips, they all work. He is using the most up to date version of Chrome.
The flashcard blocks work fine for me in both Rise and Review.
Anyone else experience this issue and have a solution?
I'm sorry you're hitting this snag! Has your editor tried using Incognito mode to rule out possible browser extensions that may be causing the problem?
