We published a storyline course with a title slide and the next slide as a vyond video. It worked fine in Storyline preview, but in Review 360 the video would not automatically start playing. We published to the LMS and the course worked perfectly. We previewed in Review 360 on the cell phone and the course worked perfectly.
Is there a reason why it would not work in Review 360 on a computer? Just wanting to know if we are doing something wrong or if that is a limitation in Review 360. Unable to find any documentation on this specific issue.
Sorry, I should have added that. Yes, there is a trigger to jump to next slide when timeline ends on the initial slide. The issue is only in Review 360 and only with computers (not phones).

I figured out if you put a <Continue> button on the title slide and jump to the video slide when the user clicks <Continue> it works fine in Review. Seems to be an easy fix!

Do you jump based on timeline end?
For media to work it shoulder instigated so you need a button to jump to next slide and the video will play
