I work with people with disabilities (pwd) and organizatins that serve them. I am creating a course for staff who work with pwd. I have found that the scenarios are a great way for learners to process information. However, the characters available in the scenarios are not representative of the people we serve. There are no characters that have disabilities. I've seen chatter about this need in prior conversations. This seems to be an easy fix and I wonder if there has been any progress addressing this important issue of inclusivity?
