Bug That Marks Correct Answer as Incorrect in Multiple Response
Ran into a weird bug when testing a Rise course today. A Multiple Response question in the quiz is being marked as Incorrect even though the answers are selected correctly.
Wondering if anyone else has come across this issue. I recreated the question and the new one works fine. It's just this question that has the issue.

Hi,
Yes, I've seen this. As far as I can tell, it happened to me when I initially selected Multiple Choice as the question type. Then changed it to Multiple Response once the question had been created. Had to delete and recreate the question.

I am having this same problem in two different lessons, one of which started life as a Multiple Select, and one that did not. This workaround did not solve the problem in the one that started as a Multiple Choice, rather than a Multiple Select.
This is a very big problem for my client's e-learning course, and is a major glitch that should be getting absolute prioritization. Is anything being done to correct this?

We just ran into the same issue. Are there already any updates to possible quick fixes?

Hi Jana,
As mentioned above, delete and recreate the question.

Hi Elizabeth!
Sorry to hear you've run into this setback with Multiple Choice questions from your Rise 360 lesson!
I noticed that you've opened a support case and shared your course with my colleague, Darwin. It looks like he replied to your e-mail providing insight into what was causing this behavior. If you have any follow-up questions, feel free to reconnect with Darwin through your case!
