Hi Rebecca. If you are hosting the course in an LMS, the learner's progress should always be saved, and once the learner enters the course again, they should continue where they left off. This includes if they completed the course. Are you seeing different behavior? You can test your course with SCORMCloud, the industry-standard testing tool. If it works fine in SCORM Cloud, the issue may be with your LMS. You may need to reach out to your LMS administrators for help.
