Customize text blocks

Hi again,

Are there any plans to allow the customization of text blocks beyond the standard options (bold, underlined, etc.).  It would be nice to be able to change font, paragraph spacing, bullet types and spacing, text borders, etc. Perhaps having an option to add HTML/CSS tags?
